How much can I save at the dentist in Mexico?
You can generally save up to 70% on your dental work compared to having the same procedure done in the US. This can add up to thousands of dollars of savings.
How safe is it to travel to Mexico for my dental treatment?
For years we’ve been helping people cross the border to get their dental work done in Mexico. And since dental and medical needs are essential travel the border is open. Because so many tourists visit these border towns the neighborhoods cater to them. And, most of the dental offices we refer to are located within walking distance.
How clean are the dental facilities?
Sometimes when people think about dentists in Mexico, they have this idea that it will be some shady dark room in a back alley somewhere. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The standards of sterilization and cleanliness are the same, if not better, than what you would expect to find at your local American Dentist’s offices. As a matter of fact, we often hear from clients how impressed they were with the cleanliness of their dentist’s office.
Do I need a passport to cross the border?
Nope! A driver’s license and/or birth certificate is all you need for border cities. Passports are required when flights are involved.
But I don't know how to speak Spanish..?
That’s OK. Since the Dentists in Mexico cater to American tourists, most speak fluent English. All of the dental facilities we refer to are screened to ensure that they can communicate in English without any issues.
Will my insurance be accepted in Mexico?
Chances are your dental insurance will be accepted. If not, you will receive invoices that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.
How does the quality of the dentists compare to dentists in America?
Not all dentists are created equal no matter where you go. Our pre-screened dentists have superb talent and maintain a high standard of excellence. Our dental offices often far surpass the technology typically found in America. This is why most procedures can be completed within one or two days.
Can I drink the water?
If you are worried about Montezuma’s Revenge, filtered, purified water is readily available all throughout the area and at your hotel.
What if I have a problem after returning from a procedure?
You have the same options that you would have from any office. Many offices offer guarantees for services provided and dentists are accessible by phone.
